Please note that our start time this week is 7 20 . please arrive a few minutes early as we will start punctually. Note we are starting in the Memorial Gardens this week.
Have you an entry to this year's Dublin City Marathon? - Or you may just be trying to build up your long runs with no specific race or target in mind. Are you fed up doing those long runs on your own and would love some company to make them a little easier?
This group is for those who are targeting a 4 to 4 1/2 hour marathon on Oct 27th. Our pace will be 6 20 - 6 30 mins/km. We are now down to our last two long runs.
This week's run is 31 km (ish). We will be following the marathon route from Kilmainham to Mount St and finishing from there back along the canal to memorial gardens.
We will be using shops for water this week so bring your phone or some cash.
