About us
As a highly-sensitive empath, energy healer, & nature-lover, I created Earth Healing with Zoë to be an uplifting community rooted in spiritual communion with oneself and with nature. Energy is flowing all around us, and we are constantly interacting with it. Some spaces are energetically draining, while others are deeply nourishing to both body and soul. I find that in nature and in Reiki share groups, I feel most aligned and replenished. Here I combine both for a powerful mixture of Reiki healing and deep Earth grounding. Join me as we explore our intuitive gifts, immerse in visual meditations, connect with Mother Earth, and receive group Reiki as ONE.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique where the practitioner channels universal life force energy through their hands and into the receiver. This high-vibrational energy induces feelings of love, peace, and relaxation. Reiki healing is strongly amplified by intention. No matter if you are yet attuned to Reiki, YOUR focused intention is capable of powerful healing, too. Together, we put this holy truth into conscious practice. Whether you are new or experienced to energy work, all are welcome—no prior Reiki training is needed. Come, experience, & receive.
Meetings take place at: weekdays at private residence | weekends at local parks
Cost: Donation-based | Venmo @ZoeVDL
Some of our activities include: Reiki share, Holy Fire Reiki meditations, Earth & Heaven grounding meditation, & hands-on practice reading crystal energy

Plant Spirit Walk
Serrano Creek Park, 25101 Serrano Road, Lake Forest, CA, USJoin us for a beautiful nature walk through Serrano Creek, as we stop periodically to connect with local plants on a deeper energetic level—honoring their wisdom and healing.
At the start of our walk, we begin with brief rituals to activate healing energy and loving intention. This puts us in a receptive state for energy healing and raises our vibration to a more heart-centered, approachable energy when connecting to plant spirits. As we continue our walk, we will stop here and there to spend time making an energetic connection with plants of our individual choosing. Together, we learn to respect plant autonomy and acknowledge the gifts of these sentient beings.
We will practice:
• “Reading” plant energy
• Sending healing energy to plants
• Receiving healing energy and wisdom from plants (if they so choose)
• Flexing our intuitive muscles
• Learning to trust our psychic impressionsAfter we work with each plant, tuning into their energy and exchanging healing—there will be time for group discussion to share insights in a safe, supportive environment.
We end our walk with gratitude ♥️
