Nurture the Earth Day

Commune with Mother Nature in an intimate gathering at a local green-space. Together, we honor our home and provider: the Spirit of the Earth, with a healthy energetic exchange. We begin our meeting with brief introductions, followed by rituals to slow down and calm our nervous systems. Once relaxed, we perform a simple, yet powerful grounding meditation to connect with the heart of Gaia. We then tap into the energy flow of nature and practice synchronizing our own energy to this vibration. Allow your psychic gifts to activate as we feel into the essence of our home planet and listen deeply. Afterwards, we collectively envision sending healing energy (Reiki, Source-light, etc) and loving intentions to the Earth. Members are encouraged to journal their experiences. In the later half, we will hold space for sharing and reflection.

As light-workers, each of us carries innate intuitive gifts and a unique form of healing energy within. Let this part of you blossom and come to light.

Who can attend: Open to all levels. You do not need to have Reiki to participate. Simply bring your good vibes!

Bring: Chair, yoga mat, and/or blanket + journal + water

This is a casual meeting on grass. Please arrive a few min early to get yourself situated. Feel free to sit in a chair, on a blanket or yoga mat, or be directly on the grass. However you prefer to connect to nature. If attending barefoot, please ensure proper foot hygiene. Consider bringing a hat if sun-sensitive.
