Plant Spirit Walk

Join us for a beautiful nature walk through Serrano Creek, as we stop periodically to connect with local plants on a deeper energetic level—honoring their wisdom and healing.

At the start of our walk, we begin with brief rituals to activate healing energy and loving intention. This puts us in a receptive state for energy healing and raises our vibration to a more heart-centered, approachable energy when connecting to plant spirits. As we continue our walk, we will stop here and there to spend time making an energetic connection with plants of our individual choosing. Together, we learn to respect plant autonomy and acknowledge the gifts of these sentient beings.

We will practice:

• “Reading” plant energy
• Sending healing energy to plants
• Receiving healing energy and wisdom from plants (if they so choose)
• Flexing our intuitive muscles
• Learning to trust our psychic impressions

After we work with each plant, tuning into their energy and exchanging healing—there will be time for group discussion to share insights in a safe, supportive environment.

We end our walk with gratitude ♥️
