Losing weight is complicated. It's not just about cutting back what you eat. I know plenty of people who don't eat much and yet they can't lose weight, myself included. What I am learning is that certain types of foods and certain food combinations are better than others. There is also great comfort in having someone to share the journey with. We can go further together than we can alone. In this group we will share tips with each other, encourage each other, commiserate with each other and jump for joy with every pound we lose. We'll also exchange recipes. I have always said that eating should be fun. If it doesn't taste good - don't eat it. No rabbit food in this meetup group! I'll post the first meetup when I get some sign ups. We'll meet every other week in person and every other week online.
