The word diet has horrible connotations for most people but some types of diets are successful. Do you have a diet story to share? Do you still "diet" or just eat whatever. We are all different, we'll discuss what works best for us as individuals. Remember the topic is not as important as the camaraderie of the group and the discussion can go wherever it needs to.
