East Valley Applied AI

East Valley Applied AI is a free, community-driven meetup for people who want to understand, build, and apply AI in the real world.

The focus is practical. We want to see what people are building, hear what is working and what is not, and create a place where technologists, business leaders, consultants, founders, researchers, and curious practitioners can exchange ideas without turning every conversation into a sales pitch.

Presentations can range from hands-on technical demos to business case studies, architecture discussions, lessons learned, experiments, failures, and emerging tools. You do not need to be an AI researcher to contribute. If you are solving an interesting problem, testing a new approach, or have learned something worth sharing, there is room for you here.

The group is intentionally vendor-neutral and collaborative. Local software companies, technology teams, consultants, startups, and individual practitioners are encouraged to participate, present, and give their people a platform. The goal is not to build someone’s personal audience or dominate the conversation. It is to strengthen the local AI community by connecting people who can learn from one another.

We are based in Chandler and welcome participants from across the East Valley and greater Phoenix area.

Come to learn, demonstrate, ask questions, meet people doing interesting work, and leave with a better understanding of how AI is actually being used.
