Chef Alex has prepared a very special menu for one night only, where eClub will enjoy an array of new cuisine that's not currently available on their menu. Please note, Alex's Fresh Kitchen is not open on Wednesdays, however they're reserving the entire restaurant for eClub on this particular date!!

Appetizer - Vegetable Egg Rolls with mumbo sauce | $8
Pork Belly Bao Sandwiches (4) - red 🌶️ chiles, scallions, sesame seeds, pickled onion | $12
Pot Stickers (4) - chicken with spicy ginger sauce | $5
Ramen - chicken or beef, carrots, mushroom, bok choy, scallions, boiled egg | $15
Yaki Udon - stir-fried noodles, mushrooms, bok choy, onions, carrots, garlic, scallions | $12

No worries if you're running a bit late, we're typically at a restaurant for at least an hour and a half.
Please honor your RSVP and show up if you select "Yes" (I'm attending). If you cannot make it after already RSVP'ing "Yes", simply change your RSVP to "No" online. That way, we can manage seating arrangements and the restaurant can manage staffing levels, etc.
