This dual practitioner Heart-Opening New Moon Sound Journey blends sound healing, aromatherapy, and guided meditation to help you release old patterns, awaken compassion, and invite new heart-centered energy into your life.

Benina and Kristine of Elevated Energy Healing will guide you through a serene soundscape using a variety of heart healing frequencies enhanced by aromatherapy with a heart-based essential oil to deepen your relaxation and activate love energy.

What to Expect:

• New Moon intention setting for love and renewal
• Heart-opening guided meditation and visualization
• Aromatherapy with our Manifest Love heart-centered oil to bring more love and joy into your life
• An immersive sound journey with over 20 different healing instruments

No prior experience necessary. Mats and blankets provided. Chairs available if you prefer to sit. Just bring yourself, and anything for your comfort, a pillow, eye mask, journal, water bottle, and an open heart. We provide everything else!
