This supportive and interactive Power Hour will help you create an empowered, nurturing inner voice—one that works with you, not against you. We will explore contemplative traditions to help us see our inner critic while holding onto our innate dignity.

As a gift to our marvelous community, we offer a guest speaker introducing themselves and presenting their unique talents and gifts through free workshops and presentations.
