In the male-dominated tech industry, women often experience harassment and discrimination without even realizing it. This behavior is often normalized, tolerated, and excused as part of bro culture. They specialize in representing victims of sexual harassment, discrimination, and abuse, and have both dedicated their careers to fighting for justice and empowering marginalized groups.
