Hi,
Join us for a casual ride out of Murrumbeena station heading up to Fairfield via the Anniversary Trail and back on the Yarra Trail and Gardiners Creek Trail!
We will pass by Fairfield Boathouse @ \ ~18km where we can stop for refreshments! If it appears too busy, there are plenty of other potential stop's on the route (ie several cafes near Abbotsford convent circa 21km)
Distance is getting up there with a small amount of climbing (330m) so have kept it as a beginner+ ride
See the RWGPS map here:
We will kick off from Murrumbeena Railway Station (northern carpark between railway line and Neerim Road) @ 9.00am. I'll be on a black Giant gravel bike.
See pin here:

South Melbourne to St Kilda Pier Beach Walk
Join us for a relaxed evening walk along the beach from South Melbourne towards St Kilda Pier.
We’ll follow the waterfront path, with bay views, beach paths, and a social, low-pressure pace. The full AllTrails route is about 7.1 km return, listed as moderate, with minimal elevation. AllTrails also lists it as an out-and-back trail, so we can keep the plan flexible depending on how people are feeling.
You can choose what suits you:
* Shorter option: walk one way towards St Kilda Pier and head off from there. Trams are available nearby.
* Full option: walk back with the group towards South Melbourne.
This is a casual walk, not a fitness challenge. We’ll keep an easy social pace, and you’re welcome to leave early if you prefer the shorter option.

* Around 7:00pm – Arrive near St Kilda Pier / short-walk finish option
* 7:00–8:15pm – Return walk towards South Melbourne, with optional food or gelato depending on the group
* 8:15pm – Meetup ends
**What to bring**
Comfortable walking shoes, water, and a warm layer.
**What to expect**
* Distance: About 7.1 km return for the full option
* Difficulty: Moderate according to AllTrails, but mostly straightforward waterfront walking
* Pace: Slow, easy, and social
* Vibe: Relaxed, low-pressure, and welcoming to solo attendees
**Important notes**
* You can do the shorter one-way option and finish near St Kilda Pier.
* You can leave early if needed.
* The walk is weather-dependent, so please check the forecast and dress warmly.
* We’ll aim to stay together, but the route is simple and flexible.
* Optional food or gelato will depend on the group on the night.
Belgrave to Lilydale Fat Gravel / MTB Ride
49km, 900vm, M/H
**49km, 900vm, med-hard. 25% sealed; 65% good trails; 10% singletrack.**
**Point to point. Metro train based. Free public transport at the moment.**
**This one will definitely need a MTB or Gravel Bike with fatter, semi-knobby tyres, a wide gear range, and maybe front suspension. A mix of sealed and dirt roads, walking trails, and some singletrack. Plenty of climbs and descents - some steep.**
**Not for novices - some mtb experience and good fitness required. Riders must be self-sufficient in maintaining their bike in a rideable condition.**
**From Richmond, catch the 7:39am Belgrave train. Alternatively, you could park at Ringwood (the junction of the Belgrave and Lilydale lines) and catch the 8.18am Belgrave train.**
**We’ll meet at the Blacksmith Cafe in Belgrave at 9.00am for pre-ride fuel, before pedalling off at 9:30am.**
**Our route takes us on: parts of the Ngurrak Barring arts and culture trail ( https://www.ngurrakbarring.com.au/ inc. Tawny Frogmouth @ Karwarra); through Alfred Nicholas Gardens, past Burnham Beeches; Sassafrass village; along the face of Mt Dandenong with spectacular views across the suburbs of Melbourne; through some recent fuel reduction burn areas; views of Silvan Reservoir and the Yarra Valley; winding aqueduct trails through Mt Evelyn; back roads through to Coldstream Brewery; then finally the last 5kms of the Yarra Valley Trail back to Lilydale.**
**Some food shops we will stop at enroute: Pellegrinos Fresh Fruits @13km; Destiny Point Cafe @19km; Coldstream Brewery @43km; but bring snacks and water anyway.**
**The ride can be shortened by about 8 kms at Mt Evelyn by heading straight back along the Warby Trail to Lilydale, avoiding the Coldstream section.**

Explore Melbourne is the largest meetup group in Australia. We have seven simple rules in place to protect our community and for everyone to have a positive experience.
❌ **Not a dating group!** – We’re here to make friends, not find soulmates. No flirty business, please!
📵 **No phone numbers**, please! – Feel free to swap social media if both parties are cool with it, but let’s keep our digits private. Please **don’t add people to WhatsApp or other groups**.
🔞 Our events are only **open to people aged 18 and older**.
📢 Please **do not advertise other events or groups**.
😅 **Don’t be a social octopus!** – Give people space to chat with others. Please don't be clingy.
🚗 We **don't allow carpooling** due to safety incidents/our public liability insurance not covering motor related accidents.
💰 **No sales pitches!** – No selling, no MLMs, no pyramid schemes, no “life-changing mentorship” offers—let’s keep things scam-free.
By joining this event, you’re giving us a virtual pinky promise 🤝 that you’ll follow the rules. Break them, and—poof!—you’re out for good. No second chances, no do-overs. Let’s keep it fun, friendly, and drama-free!

A monthly healing space where we gather to tend the pieces of ourselves and weave them back into wholeness that we are. Each session opens with a Soulbits oracle image setting the tone for the gathering we will move through. We will come together to honor the natural rhythms of rooting, rising, releasing, and receiving; the cycles that shape the soul’s journey.
Through the four pillars of being: mindset, movement, connection & nourishment, we will create a space where imagery, sensation, and community weave together. Where the body becomes the guide, images act as mirrors, and the soul speaks. This circle is about noticing what rises, honoring what’s true, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself ready to be seen.
This is a space to gather your scattered pieces, soften your body, and return to your truth with community by your side. Soulbits Circle is a reminder that every fragment of your story, every soulbit, belongs. Together we weave them into the blooming wholeness that you are.
