Crystal Bowl Sound Bath and Meditation | Grand Reopening of Yoga of the Mind

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: Join us for a sound bath session that combines the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with toning to create a meditative and transformative experience. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and water. We offer chairs as well. We will start with 10 minutes of toning, then lie back for approximately 45 minutes and let the vibration from the crystal bowls surround and indwell you. Unwind, recharge, and elevate your vibration with us!
