About us

"Hey, you're a manager now. Good luck!" Trust me; you're not alone. Being a manager or leader in tech is hard, and typically you're on your own to figuring it out.
We're a group of fellow tech managers: previous, current, or aspiring; who are looking for to improve our craft of Engineering Leadership. We meet monthly to discuss different aspects of being a manager or a leader. Each month we'll have a speaker or facilitator to discuss an element of Engineering Leadership. All experience levels welcome.
We are a new group and welcome new ideas on how to improve the meetup! If you have any ideas, concerns, or thoughts, please share them with the organizers.
