Our mission is to empower, support, educate and support women of color in self-care and wellness!
We aim to achieve this by:

Educating women about tools to practice self-care and advocate for others as they start on their wellness journey
Building a supportive community where women can engage each other on self-care practices that can help them to improve their wellness
Helping women build awareness around prioritizing self-care practices and discover, practical tools to help be consistent in said practicing.
