Some places do not allow for larger groups so these dinners will be smaller in scale which means your attendance counts that much more! Warning: OUR DINNERS FILL UP FAST!!! Maoz’s career spans some of Tel Aviv’s most innovative restaurants, a Michelin-starred eatery in Italy, and a stint in Panama, where he helped launch one of the few establishments for Israeli cuisine. So happy they are finally getting their shine! Theodora is the latest restaurant from chef/owner Tomer Blechman, also of his latest bakery Thea, popular Mediterranean restaurant Miss Ada in Fort Greene, and its sister concept Nili in Carroll Gardens. A progression of Miss Ada, Theodora evolves the Mediterranean flavors chef Tomer is known for to focus more deeply on seasonal produce and dry-aged fish in an open fire kitchen, alongside a thoughtful natural wine program.

We are heading to JBF Platform! Ever have Uni Torrija? Me neither! Save on the flight to/from Austin, TX! ✈️. Chef Laila Bazahm, the chef behind El Raval in Austin and the former owner of Hawker 45 in Barcelona, will be serving up her signature paella: a fusion of bold Spanish, Asian, and Latin influences. Inspired by her upbringing in the Philippines and her time in Barcelona’s El Raval—where 47.4% of its population are expats—chef Laila’s paella blends spices and ingredients from the diverse neighborhoods she’s called home.
Chef Laila's dishes will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Abadía Retuerta from Spain's renowned Duero Valley at El Raval, recognized for its top-notch wine program.
