Open Forum for Members [Summer 2025]

Welcome to the Co-op! This meeting will be an open forum for members, organizers, and leadership to discuss anything related to the Co-op.

Call in to the meeting or attend in-person. This will be one of two semi-annual meetings. (The next will be in the February 2026).

Here are some of the topics we'll cover at this meeting:

• Discuss roles of leadership, organizers
• Call for Event Organizers
• Open discussion

## WHO SHOULD JOIN
All Co-op members are encouraged to attend in person or virtually.

## WHAT TO BRING
Pen and paper if you want to take notes. Otherwise, all materials will be available electronically before and after our meeting.

## WHEN/WHERE
We'll meet both in-person and virtually, for those that can't attend in person. The physical meeting location is TBD (in Evansville or Newburgh).
