🗿 For those seeking a night of supernatural thrills, A Night of Ancient Horror could be just the antidote… but beware what you may unleash.

👋 Hey guys! This is the new project by Evil Dead Rise director Lee Cronindescribed as a standalone fresh and terrifying take on the classic mummy mythos.

The premise is about the daughter of a journalist that disappears into the desert without a trace. Eight years later, the broken family is shocked when she is returned to them, as what should be a joyful reunion turns into a living nightmare.

We'll start the night of ancient chills at the Look Dine-In Bar (far end, past the box office) for casual drinks and chat. Then we’ll head over to Screen 2, where I’ll be seated at F8 in case you’d like to join me on that row. After the film, we’ll reconvene for a Letterboxd review and one last catch-up.

If you’re into horror and curious to see how Cronin reimagines a classic monster, this is one to look forward to.
