The purpose of this group is to provide evidence-based methods and exercises for people who:

  • Have been trying to achieve an important goal or outcome and haven't succeeded yet, such as improving motivation, increasing performance, finding meaning and purpose, changing career, improving parenting, dieting, improving self-esteem.
  • Are without a specific change in mind but would like to create a more full, rich and meaningful life.
  • Are struggling with their psychological pain.
