Welcome to Women Expanding Beyond Anxiety in Brighton and Hove!

This group is dedicated to creating small in person events providing safe and nurturing environments for women experiencing stress and anxiety or burnout and are ready to take steps to make a change.
These are supportive, fun, relaxing events where you can take part in wellness exercises and sharing in a safe space.

Your hosts are:
Dr Samantha Wellappili, GP, Nutrition and Yoga Therapist and Energy Medicine Practitioner and Teacher
Starna Forster, Healthcoach, Soma Breathworker and Nutritional Counsellor

Both Samantha and Starna have been on their own journeys with burnout and now, for over 20 years, they have worked with others to support building inner strength with holistic practices.

Conventional medicine and medical systems can help us but will only take us so far, true healing comes from within.
Community is key to feel supported in body, mind, heart and Soul.

Let's be honest, we all need to be seen and heard and to feel human connection in community. When we're struggling, we can get in the habit of hiding ourselves away, numbing out, feeling isolated, disconned and overwhelmed.

Through sharing our stories, being seen and heard and discovering valuable tools and techniques for self-healing, presence, and inner transformation, we aim to help each other heal and foster a sense of peace and wholeness.

We will explore and experience practices in energy medicine, breathwork, and spirituality to promote holistic well-being and bring back balance.

Whether you are looking for practical strategies, emotional support, or a sense of community with friendly faces and empathy (and sometimes tea and biscuits) included, this group has been created to hold space for you on your journey of self-healing and transformation.

Your Hosts
Starna is a health coach and empowerment coach helping people master habit change through diet and lifestyle modifications so they can become the best version of themselves. She is passionate about healing mind, body and spirit through nutrition and diet and different healing modalities. Nutrition being the foundation of sound physical and emotional health. Cleansing the body of toxins and working on your mindset has been a gamechanger for Starna with her clients.

Dr Sam is a Lifestyle Medicine GP, Mentor, Author, Nutritional and Yoga Therapist plus she's an Energy Medicine practitioner and teacher. She is truly holistic in her approach to health and believes that each of us has the ability to cultivate our innate ability to self heal and to access profound intuitive guidance through listening to the voice of the Soul.
