Expat Mindful Art is a creative wellness community designed for expatriates seeking balance, connection, and self-expression through art. Rooted in mindfulness, art therapy–inspired practices, and holistic well-being, this group offers professionally guided experiences that combine creative expression, emotional awareness, and personal growth.

This group is ideal for expats, creatives, professionals, and wellness seekers who wish to explore art as a tool for stress relief, self-care, emotional regulation, and community building. No prior artistic experience is required, only curiosity and openness.
Through mindful art sessions, creative workshops, expressive arts, and wellness-focused gatherings, members are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate presence in a supportive, multicultural environment. Sessions are led by qualified professionals in art, psychology, and wellness, ensuring a safe, reflective, and enriching experience.

The Mindful Creative Circle is a six-week, application-based online mindful creative cohort for people who are used to functioning and are ready to listen inward with more structure and care.

What is The Mindful Creative Circle

  • A six-week online mindful creative journey
  • A consistent group (4–11 participants)
  • A facilitated space for reflection, presence, and creative exploration
  • A steady structure designed to support emotional hygiene and self-awareness
  • A shared rhythm that allows insight to unfold gradually

Each session includes:

  • Mindful grounding
  • A guided creative prompt
  • Optional reflection
  • Closing

No prior art experience is needed.

Her work sits at the intersection of mindfulness, creative process, and psychological awareness. She brings over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups, and is particularly attentive to boundaries, pacing, and emotional safety.
Her approach emphasizes creative exploration and presence, rather than treatment, instruction, or performance.
