A great experience along the customer journey is key and the foundation for every successful product and service. As experience professionals, it is always a challenge but also part of our work to convince decision makers and management to invest in innovation, design and research. One of the main reasons for this is the lack of communication about the measurability of experience ROI (return on investment). This Meetup is for all innovators, managers, product owners, designers, researchers, PMs and anyone else who cares about products that customers love.
As founder and CEO of www.tallbeard.studio and www.cognitivelaboratories.com, experience metrics and dialogue with management are very important to me and part of all our work. We want to expand the meetup and build a bridge between the UK and the European Union.
