Experience Meditation in a sacred mountain!
This event is perfect for beginners.
・Those who are interested in learning about meditation but have never tried it
・Those who have experienced in meditation but haven't practiced recently
・Those who meditate regularly but would like to meditate and meet other like-minded meditators.Everyone is welcome! :)
You will experience various types of meditation.
・Sitting meditation
・Walking meditation
・Mindful eating (the practice of noble silence)On the day of the event, my friend Han, who practices meditation daily, will lead the sessions.
Each meditation session is about 15- 20 minutes.The event will take place in a forest /mountain that I maintain and manage.
The vegetables used in the organic salad are primarily from my organic farm.*The schedule is subject to change.

*You can get here with a direct train from Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Yokohama, and other locations.■ Requests to Participants:
・Please take your trash home with you as much as possible.
・We will prepare necessary items, but if it is not a burden for you, please bring reusable outdoor chopsticks, plates, and cups.

このイベントは、ビギナー向けのイベントです。
・瞑想に興味があるけどやったことがない方
・瞑想をした経験があるけど、最近しばらくやっていない方
・定期的に瞑想を行っているが、他の同じ志を持つ瞑想者と一緒に瞑想し、出会いたい方。

当日は、瞑想を毎日行っている私の友人のHanさんにリードしてもらいます。
瞑想は1回のセッションは15分~20分くらいと、取り組みやすい長さにしています。
森は、私が整備・管理している森で行う予定です。
オーガニックサラダの野菜は、主に私のオーガニックファームで作られたものを使用します。

This event is primarily for participants to socialize and connect with each other.
Let’s enjoy meeting and talking with people from various countries!
The event will take place in a traditional countryside house with fresh air, easily accessible from Tokyo.■ Potluck Dish
・Please bring something to eat or drink that everyone can share.
・You can cook something yourself or buy something to bring.
・It would be fun if you bring something from your own country, but anything is okay.
・Let's keep it simple and low pressure on what to bring. :)Kana and Sun, who run a Taiwanese food stall in the local area, will be making Taiwanese dishes (Taiwanese radish cake, Taiwanese crepes).
Asun's InstagramI, who grow organic vegetables in Ogawamachi, will prepare a fresh organic salad.
My InstagramAdditionally, an Indian friend who plans to attend will be making Indian curry!
On the day, we hope to enjoy food, conversation, and possibly some games.
If you have any fun and easy-to-understand games that everyone can play, please bring them along. :)
After the meal, we plan to go hiking in the forest that we manage and maintain.

インターナショナル持ち寄りパーティーと森林ハイキングこのイベントは、参加者同士の交流がメインのイベントです。
色んな国の人との出会い・お話を楽しみましょう！
東京からアクセスの良い、空気の美味しい田舎の古民家で行います。■一品持ち寄り
・みんなで一緒に食べられる or 飲めるものを持ってきてください。
・料理を作ってきてもいいし、買ってきてもOKです。
・自分の国のものを持ってきてもらえると楽しいですが、何でもOKです。
・持ってくる物のハードルは低くしましょう^^地元で台湾料理の出店を行っている”阿孫”の可奈さんと孫さんは、台湾料理（大根もち、台湾クレープ）を作る予定です。
阿孫（あーそん）のインスタ地元の小川町でオーガニック野菜を作っている私は、新鮮なオーガニックサラダを用意する予定です。
私のインスタまた、参加予定のインド人の友人はインドカレーを作ってくれる予定です！
当日は食事や会話を楽しみながら、ゲームなどもできたら良いと思っています。
みんなでできる、分かりやすくて楽しいゲームを持っている人は持ってきてください^^また、食事後は、私たちが整備・管理している森でハイキングをしたいと思っています。

Not open - Harvest Organic Vegetables & Cook Authentic Boiled Dumplings Together!Tokyo, Tokyo
At our farm in Ogawamachi, one of Japan's leading towns for organic farming, we'll harvest organic vegetables and use them to make various types of boiled dumplings together!
We will learn how to make dumplings from Kana and Sun, who run a Taiwanese food stall in the local area.
Asun's InstagramWe plan to make like komatsuna, bok choy and mushrooms dumplings, egg and tomato dumplings, onion, carrot and meat dumplings.
*If you are vegetarian or vegan, please let us know in advance.We will use local organic wheat to make the dough from scratch.
Let's also enjoy some side dishes made with seasonal vegetables from the farm!We will have our meal in a traditional countryside house right next to the forest.
After lunch, let's enjoy Taiwanese tea brewed by Kana, who is a certified tea master, along with some baked goods.

オーガニック野菜の収穫 & 一緒に本格水餃子作り！日本有数の有機農業の町、小川町にある私たちの畑で有機野菜を収穫し、それを使って色んな種類の水餃子を一緒に作って食べましょう！
水餃子は、地元で台湾料理の出店を行っている”阿孫”の可奈さんと孫さんに教わりながら作ります。
阿孫（あーそん）のインスタ小松菜・チンゲンサイ・きのこの水餃子、卵・トマトの水餃子、玉ねぎ・ニンジン・お肉の水餃子などを作る予定です^^
※ベジタリアンやビーガンの方は事前にメッセージください。小麦は地元のオーガニック小麦を使用し、生地から作ります。
また、畑の旬の野菜で作るおかずも楽しみましょう！食事は、森のすぐそばの古民家で食べます。
ご飯の後は、茶芸士の資格を持つ可奈さんに台湾茶を入れてもらって、焼き菓子と一緒にお茶を楽しみましょう。
