Jeremy Roll - Founder of Roll Investment Group & FIBI Co-Founder
Jeremy has been a real estate and business investor for over 16 years who left the corporate world in 2007 to become a full-time passive cash flow investor. He is currently an investor in more than 70 opportunities across over $500 Million worth of real estate and business assets. As Founder and President of Roll Investment Group, Jeremy manages a group of over 1,000 investors who seek passive/managed cash flowing investments in real estate and businesses. Jeremy is also the co-Founder of For Investors By Investors (FIBI), a non-profit organization that was launched in 2007 with the goal of facilitating networking and learning among real estate investors in a strict no sales pitch environment. FIBI is now the largest group of public real estate investor meetings in California with over 25,000 members. Jeremy has an MBA from The Wharton School, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), and is an Advisor for Realty Mogul, the largest real estate crowdfunding website in the US. Bruce Norris
Bruce Norris is an active investor, hard money lender, and real estate educator with over 35 years of experience. Bruce has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions as a buyer, seller, builder, and money partner. Bruce is best known for his long-term market timing trends including his “California Comeback” report in 1997 predicting California’s real estate boom and his January 2006 release, “The California Crash,” predicting the foreclosure meltdown. You can catch him speaking and debating nationally as well as catching his award-winning real estate radio show where he interviews world-renowned economists, government leaders, association presidents, and local experts. Bruce also hosts the series, I Survived Real Estate, which has raised over $785,000 for charity since the event launched in 2008.
Christina Suter
As the founder and lead consultant of Ground Level Consulting, Christina L. Suter brings two decades of real-world experience as a serial small business owner and real estate investor. She developed her financial and operational skills firsthand as she faced and overcame the challenges of a small business ownership while developing an extensive real estate portfolio.
In 2002, Christina made the decision to leverage her experience into helping other small business owners and real estate investors. Ground Level Consulting is a consulting practice that works the way an entrepreneur works, dealing with the pressing problems of a business on the ground level and in real time.
Christina has enjoyed a successful personal history of real estate investing and portfolio management, having invested over $15 million in assets in her career. This success and the success of her consulting practice encouraged her to share her experience and approach by founding Ground Level Investor, which focuses on helping clients develop and manage real estate investments that support personal values and contribute to financial success.
