Heath Binder
Heath Binder, Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations. Heath Binder manages the firm’s marketing strategy and messaging, lender and investor reporting and communications, and business development for LBX. Heath has 22 years of experience in commercial real estate and financial services. Prior to joining LBX, he was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for BVC. Prior to that, he managed investor relations for RealtyMogul.com. Prior to that, he worked with ultra-high net worth real estate investors at Barclays Wealth in Los Angeles. Previously, he began his real estate career with Colliers in 2002, then worked as an equity REIT analyst at UBS. Heath has an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Anthony S. Behar
Anthony Behar has been working for Major Properties since 2002. He was promoted to Executive Vice President/Partner in 2017. Anthony specializes in marketing commercial and industrial real estate throughout the Downtown and adjacent Los Angeles areas, utilizing his ever-growing client base and professional experience to locate quality tenants and buyers for his exclusive listings. Anthony brings expertise in sales, acquisitions and tenant, landlord and buyer representation. He has sold or leased millions of square feet of space. He is a consistent top performer, earning Major Properties’ President’s Award in 2005 and 2010, and the Salesman of the Year award in 2007, 2009, 2014 and 2015.

Chad Zdenek
Chad Zdenek is a Licensed General Contractor, Professional Engineer, former CEO of Mobile Illumination, and a triple Master's Degree graduate.

He started out in Construction Management in the mid-1990s working for Swinerton Builders before moving into Structural Engineering working for Boeing on the Space Shuttle Main Engines. Then he joined Mobile Illumination as CEO helping to grow the company by over 2000% in 15 years.

Since beginning investing in Real Estate 7 years ago, he has grown his General Partner portfolio to $200M. Today he invests actively and passively in multifamily and self-storage projects across the United States. He is also one of the rare investors who invests in CA and outside of CA.
