Jessie Navarro is a Los Angeles-based entrepreneur, real estate investor, real estate developer, and short-term rental operator. Through Las Casas de Diego y Dante, he manages dog-friendly furnished rentals designed to attract higher-paying guests who value comfort, flexibility, and quality stays with their pets. His experience includes property acquisition, real estate development, renovations, rental positioning, guest communication, pricing strategy, and day-to-day operations. Jessie also owns an insurance brokerage and vehicle registration agency, giving him a strong foundation in risk management, customer service, and business systems. He brings a practical, real-world operator’s perspective on building rental income while managing the challenges of ownership, regulation, operations, and guest expectations.

• Trevor Scelso
  Husband, Father, Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, Libertarian

After transitioning from the United States Marine Corps to the Las Vegas hospitality industry, Trevor shifted his focus to real estate, leveraging his education and experience to establish himself as an entrepreneur. In December 2020, he began investing in short-term rentals, acquiring three properties within 18 months, and founded a management company designed to balance hospitality expertise with cost-effective property management for vacation rentals.
