- Eileen M. Kendall
Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Kendall Law
Eileen M. Kendall is the founder of Kendall Law, a boutique litigation firm based in Torrance serving clients throughout the South Bay, Los Angeles, and Southern California. Since founding the firm in 2016, she has built a respected practice focused on complex real estate and business litigation, representing property owners, investors, real estate professionals, and businesses in high-stakes disputes.
Eileen’s litigation practice centers on disputes involving property ownership, contractual obligations, and business relationships. She is known for her strategic approach to litigation and her ability to guide clients through complex matters while remaining fully prepared to take cases through trial when necessary.
Eileen has successfully handled numerous trials and appeals. In one notable matter, she represented a daughter in a contentious dispute involving ownership of a residential property after the daughter stepped in to save the home from foreclosure and invested substantial time and resources renovating it. After a six-day court trial in which the mother alleged fraud and sought to reclaim the property, the court ruled in favor of Eileen’s client, preserving her client’s ownership interest in the property.
In another significant case, Eileen successfully litigated an adverse possession action, obtaining judgment awarding title to her client after demonstrating the legal requirements necessary to establish ownership of the property.
Eileen earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University and her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Since being admitted to practice in California, she has focused her career on litigation involving real property and business disputes. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Courts for California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Through Kendall Law, Eileen and her team provide strategic, results-focused representation for clients facing complex legal disputes involving real estate and business matters.
