Laughter Yoga Stress Relief! 😂

Don't feel like laughing? I get it! But Laughter Yoga can help us release stress and become more grounded, focused and connected, so we can deal with the challenges we face.

There are no jokes and no yoga poses, just simple activities, with a bit of gentle movement and deep breathing, to get ourselves "laughing for no reason." We get loose and even a little silly, but always at your own comfort level (camera off is fine if you choose).

Thank you for being here on Meetup, but also please sign up for the new FFF>50 group here on our free, secure and private playground! There are 2,900 members there already but 4,700 on Meetup so we need to pull together to make the transition to our new platform a success!

What can "laughing on purpose" with a friendly group on Zoom possibly do for you?

Research shows, and participants tell me, that we feel:

- Lighter and breathing more freely
- Less stressed and more ready to face whatever is going on
- More positive and connected to others
- Relaxed and energized at the same time!
- Plus it has MANY health benefits, similar to the benefits of exercise!

And it's just a lot of fun, especially with our friendly group of women over 50.
