We're often so critical of our bodies, and we make them sit in chairs for too many hours. Let's give them some much-needed attention and kindness in this 45-minute session!
We'll start with a little gentle stretching and guided self-massage of the hands, face, neck and jaw, where we hold so much tension.
Then we'll relax into a visualization and relaxation practice to check in with all parts of our bodies and fill them up with lovingkindness, especially those areas needing more care. As a group, we'll also send kindness to each other and encourage each other in our self-care.
It's like a mini-spa session shared with caring friends, what could be better? Hope to see you!
