Our workouts are about bringing people together and are based using nothing but your own bodyweight strength and conditioning philosophy, which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. Think push-ups, squats, jumping lunges, burpees... but more creative and interactive!

Hey FitFammers! Let's get a nice sweaty session in with great tunes and spectacular views of the city skyline! Our meeting point is outside of Downtown Station (DT17) at The Lawn @ Marina Bay before 7:30 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early - skipping the warm-up puts you at greater risks for injuries. Bring your friends, your roommate(s), your boss, your coworkers, your parents... 10 mins of warm-up, 40 mins of workouts and 10 mins of stretching with tons of high-fives.
