~The class~
Mixed levels class. Beginners welcome. (Please bring your own mat or a towel). We meet at 10:45am by the Garfield Monument behind the LOVE blocks and to the right and in-front of the Conservatory and then walk over to our beautiful outdoor practice area.
Class Details
~All levels Hatha flow. Class focuses on aligning breath with movement, standing and seated postures, beginning inversions, and a few restorative poses to unwind from the week. Teachings focus on connecting with your body and energy, nervous system balancing, stress relief, and spiritual connection.
~This is a donation based class, making yoga more accessible to all. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Donate what you can.
