the only things to be a little concerned with are:

• even though light, the wind is out of the south which will make the 2nd part of the trip, the 25 miles on the ocean - into the wind, a little more difficult
• if there are thunderstorms in the afternoon, we will be at sea (up to 2 miles out), and probably not be able to land (easily)

• will keep an eye on the forecast for any changes
• there will NOT be a Friday update, unless conditions change enough to warrant one

go clockwise: ICW, St Andrew Sound, ocean, St Marys Entrance, back to DeeDeeBartels

Distance: 47 miles
Time: 12 to 14 hours
Advanced Level (long miles, ocean paddling)

Notes:

• the START time posted is ON water time (I'll be there about 1/2 hour prior)
• The 'ABIS' trips all involve long miles & ocean paddling, with possible surf landings and launchings. Some of the inlets involved can be quite turbulent under certain conditions.
• no planned land stops (unless lightning or other weather) (maybe at the 'top' for lunch), will stop (on water) every hour for 5mins, meals (20-30mins)
• will cancel FSKA trip if weather is bad. On Wednesday (before trip) I will update here with NOAA forecast (and my advice).
• unlike other trips, there is no place to 'bail out' (with access to road). If you have to quit, you'll be spending the night on Cumberland I.
