We are celebrating the arrival of spring with intent and community with a day retreat at a private villa on the hills of Sagunto, just 30 minutes from Valencia šŸ•Š

Following the fire and intensity of Fallas, we offer you a day of peace, rooted in grounding and revitalizing practices. Our intention is to offer a space of clarity and centering to take on this new spring 2026 with steadiness and vision.
We have curated the practices that nourish us most: yoga, sound bath, cacao ceremony, reflection, and sharing delicious food to create a day that feels simple, spacious, and deeply restorative.

## About the hosts

Giulia is a yoga teacher and experience designer whose style is both nurturing and empowering. Trained in Bali, her practices invite a deep connection with physicality, nature and creativity. Her focus is on balancing the nervous system, building strength and supporting long-term health and wellbeing — both on and off the mat.

Julie is a sound healing and chanting facilitator, conscious movement teacher and cacao enthusiast. Trained in India and Nepal, her work is anchored in deep listening and presence. Her sessions invite stillness and an exploration of the subconscious, offering both softness and depth.
