The restaurant revolution is here. New technologies and operational innovations are turning the traditional restaurant model on its head. On-demand apps deliver restaurant-quality food without the overhead of a brick-and-mortar location, new ordering platforms are helping operators increase business in their off hours and restaurants are even trying their hand at co-working.

Come hear how a few innovative startups are rethinking restaurants and network with the community at our August Food+Tech Meetup. Presenters will do a deep dive into their business models, challenges and lessons learned.

We'll have organic, nutritionist-curated meals from corporate catering startup Ripe (http://www.soripe.com/) and healthy Indian bowls from fast casual restaurant INDAY (http://indaynyc.com/), new American quark from Misha (http://www.mishadairy.com/), and nibbles from Better Beast (http://www.thebetterbeast.com/) and Bamboo Bites (http://bamboobites.com/), plus beer and more.

Matt Keesan, CTO of Ando (https://andofood.com/) & Anoop Pillarisetti, Head of Technology & Digital Strategy at Momofuku - Ando is the new online restaurant from Momofuku and Expa, serving original food designed for delivery. We serve restaurant-quality food that our customers can eat at their desk, in a park, or on the couch in their underwear. It's now available in Midtown East NYC via iOS.

Alexey Savin, NYC General Manager, Allset (https://allsetnow.com/) - A restaurant app that brings you a wait-free dining experience at local restaurants. The app allows you to book, order, and pay seamlessly before arrival. Allset can save you up to 30 minutes of the time that is usually spent waiting for a table, food, and check. We help restaurants reach and engage with the growing audience of busy diners, increase table turnover, and serve corporate clients for business meetings and employee lunches.

Preston Pesek, Founder & CEO of Spacious (https://www.spacious.com/) - Spacious partners with restaurants and hospitality operators who are typically closed during weekday business hours. We make otherwise empty dining rooms available for our members, who use them for hosting meetings and working remotely, with unlimited, on-demand access to a network of well-appointed shared workspaces.

Mona Safabakhsh, VP of Strategy at Dig Inn (https://www.diginn.com/) - Dig Inn serves American food, mostly vegetables, from farmers and partners as close to home as possible.

Javier Dutan, CEO & Founder at Sabor (http://saborpos.com/) - Sabor POS is the #1 Restaurant POS on the Windows Marketplace. With over 5,000users in 62 countries, We've built a robust POS for restaurants and are now focused on creating additional software modules to run your entire business.
