Spring Wine Tour 🍷

Join us for a relaxed and social afternoon exploring three beautiful wineries just outside Charlotte! We’ll spend time tasting, chatting, and enjoying the scenery as we make our way through a curated mini wine trail.

📍 Wineries on the itinerary:

• Childress Vineyards
• Curran Alexander Vineyards
• Native Vines Winery

All locations are about an hour from Charlotte, making this a perfect easy day trip.

👉 Non-drinkers welcome! Come for the views, food, and good company.

🕒 General Timeline

• 12:00 PM – Depart Charlotte
• 1:00 – 2:20 PM – Childress Vineyards
• ~10 min drive
• 2:30 – 3:50 PM – Curran Alexander Vineyards
  -~ 5–10 min drive
• 4:00 – 5:30 PM – Native Vines Winery
• 6:30 PM – Arrive back in Charlotte

🚗 Transportation
Everyone is responsible for their own transportation. We’ll likely coordinate carpooling — RSVP early and seriously so we can plan rides!

How carpooling works:

Point-to-Point: Riders should plan to meet at the driver’s chosen start location and return there at the end—this helps avoid extra stops and delays.

We suggest a contribution of $20 per passenger to help drivers cover gas and vehicle wear.

Curran Alexander Vineyards
A family-owned vineyard with over a century of history, this spot blends winemaking with local heritage. Nestled in the Yadkin Valley, it’s known for its estate-grown grapes and relaxed atmosphere—plus historical landmarks scattered throughout the property.

Native Vines Winery
North Carolina’s first Native American-owned winery, Native Vines focuses on small-batch wines and cultural storytelling. Their wines often highlight locally grown grapes and unique blends, offering a more intimate and distinctive tasting experience.
