Welcome to a community for people who enjoy nature, wellbeing, and meaningful experiences outdoors.

Through guided Forest Bathing walks, we explore ways of slowing down, engaging the senses, and developing a deeper relationship with the natural world. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, these walks are not hikes, fitness activities, or nature lectures. Instead, they are gentle invitations to experience nature more fully through presence, curiosity and connection.

This group is for anyone who would like to:
• Slow down from the pace of everyday life
• Spend mindful time in nature
• Reduce stress and restore balance
• Meet like-minded people
• Deepen their connection with the Algarve's natural landscapes
• Explore creativity, reflection and sensory awareness outdoors

No previous experience is needed. Walks take place at a gentle pace and include simple nature-connection activities, quiet moments of reflection and opportunities for sharing.
