He is also a seasoned educator, frequently conducting seminars and speaking at various institutions and trade organizations throughout Southern California. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

• David Coe is the founder of COE Real Estate Group, based in the South Bay of Los Angeles. His team specializes in residential sales and new construction projects, particularly infill developments in the greater LA area. David is also a partner at Capital Stack Investments, a private equity firm focused on real estate development opportunities. With a background in fix-and-flip projects, he has evolved into a comprehensive real estate professional, adept in sales, development, and investment.
