Forrest Yoga classes & events in Hong Kong for the community that are donated based or on sliding scale. Classes are suitable for complete beginners to yoga, those new to Forrest Yoga and those wanting to develop and strengthen their own practice.

Forrest Yoga is a modern-day yoga that is both physical and internally focused, with a strong emphasis on conscious breathing, engaging the core, building strength and awakening all the senses. Forrest yoga does not require strength or flexibility, it only requires that you bring an open mind and heart.

Expect to sweat, walk away feeling invigorated and in tune with yourself! Learn to breathe, feel, and relax--even in the most stressful of situations.

Forrest Yoga at the Park: feeling energised for the weekend!

Forrest Yoga at Tamar Park (Admiralty side) on Saturday morning!

This mixed-level Forrest Yoga class will focus on feeling your body. As we build into connecting to our body with our breathing in different yoga poses, we will strengthen both our body & mind.

Beginners as well as experienced practitioners are welcome. Variations of poses will be provided. In Forrest Yoga, teachers give hands-on assists to help participants to get deeper into the poses physically and emotionally, and of course you also have a choice to say No to hands on assist at any point!

Please bring your mat and some water. There are bathrooms in the park for change of clothes.

Feel Good Forrest Yoga 🌅 at Tamar Park (Admiralty side) for all levels, from inflexible beginners to experienced practitioners!
