Framed Essence™ — A Spiritual Visual Sharing Circle
Bring something that carries meaning for you—and share the feeling, story, insight, or spiritual significance behind it.
What is it that moves your soul to dance—and what form does it take?
It may be an image, photograph, artwork, AI-generated creation, symbol, short poem, quote, verse or scripture, prayer, phrase, or brief reflection. It may be something you created yourself or something you encountered that stayed with you.
No artistic or writing experience is required. What matters is the essence it carries for you.
Sometimes an image says what words cannot. Sometimes a few words illuminate something an image cannot. Either can hold a feeling, intuition, memory, question, insight, transformation, something to forgive or let go of, or simply something that quietly moves us.
Framed Essence™ welcomes people of all faith traditions, spiritual paths, and personal philosophies. We come together not to sell, persuade, or critique, but to witness, reflect, listen, and discover how differently—and often how similarly—we experience the spiritual dimension of life.
Each gathering may explore an optional theme, while leaving room for whatever speaks to you personally.

A Spark Within is a virtual gathering where we explore spirituality and inner meaning through what we share.
Your shared material might be:- an image, artwork, photograph, or AI-generated creation
- a symbol or visual design
- a short poem
- a meaningful quote or phrase
- a verse or scripture from any faith tradition
- a prayer or affirmation
- a brief personal reflection
- or something else that carries spiritual meaning for you
What touches you on a spiritual level? By sharing something meaningful, you allow others to encounter a glimpse of your essence and invite them into reflection.
You might speak about:
- what it means to you, its essence or symbolism
- what it evokes or causes you to reflect upon
- a feeling, memory, insight, or experience it represents
- why it stayed with you, or what makes it spiritually meaningful
No artistic or writing background is required, and presenting is optional — you may simply listen, reflect, and join in the discussion.
Presentations are about 3 minutes, followed by group reflection and discussion.
To close, the group will select one shared offering—an image, quote, verse, poem, prayer, phrase, reflection, or other contribution—as a gentle focus for a brief 2–3 minute meditation.Optional theme: Inner Light — You may explore this theme, or bring anything that carries spiritual meaning for you.
People of all faith traditions, spiritual paths, and personal philosophies are welcome.
