Note: For participants with a good understanding of basic fundamentals such as aperture, shutter speed, depth of field, and effects created by each. This course also assumes you have a basic understanding of composition and lighting.

The entire course consists of 3 field trips that explore many possibilities of seeing ‘familiar’ things from an unfamiliar viewpoint that will certainly provoke new feelings in your subjects.

Participants will constantly be challenged to overcome their conservative habits/mindset, and thread into developing their own “Time & Space” within dimension to express freely and create channels to reach out.

1st session Theory
* Designing Portraiture.
* Details vs. Abstract
* Forest vs. Tree.
* Heart vs. Mind.

2nd session Day-outing
* Field Trip- Putting theory to practice. (Developing the Eye.)

3rd session Day-outing
* Field Trip- Putting theory to practice. (Developing the Eye.)

4th session Day-outing
* Field Trip- Putting theory to practice. (Developing the Eye.)

5th session Critique
* The Art of Photography via Outing Pictures. (Developing the Eye.)
* Location of field trips will be confirmed and announced, during the course.

Essential Tools :
SLR film/digital camera or Advanced PNS with ‘Manual’ or ‘Auto-override’ functions.

Even though this is a class of 4 participants, everything you learn, you learn by doing! All your work is individual. You learn by taking pictures. Participants will be constantly challenged to overcome their conservative habits and mindset and thread into developing their own “Time & Space” within the dimension to express freely and create channels to reach out.

Participants will certainly gain a better understanding and effectively “Develop” a vision that will strongly gain a foothold on photography as fine art for expression.
