Our 10-week Chakra Cleansing and Stress Relief Course using Sahaja Yoga meditation continues at South Community Center, Woodlands.All are welcome - including complete beginners! Each session covers the basics, and includes a guided meditation session, so that even complete beginners can start meditating at home straight away. We recommend completing the full course. If you are not able to attend every class in the course, you are quite welcome to attend those you can. Each class can be taken on its own, as an independent module. Each class is designed to be beneficial and instructive for beginners and regulars alike. The course delivers comprehensive basic information over the ten-week period. We will also cover common problems of the chakras, how to clear them, and achieve balance. All courses are free, and everyone is welcome. All material distributed at the course is free. Hello there! We'd like to welcome you to our FREE community based weekly Sahaja Yoga Meditation meetings hosted by Jasbir & team, which take place across Houston - at the South Community Center (Woodlands), Kingwood Library (Kingwood), Sugar Land, and the Outreach Center of West Houston.

With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we generally sit on chairs to achieve Yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. As such no Asanas (exercises) are required, no mat or special clothing.

We are all volunteers, and have many years of experience in offering free Sahaja Meditation classes.

These classes are designed to help those attending get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous. There is no need for any special equipment (such as a yoga mat). The free classes feature introductory talks, videos, practical workshops and general questions and answer opportunities, making them perfect for seekers trying to establish a state of meditation. Each class covers the basics, so you will be able to start meditating at home straight away.

Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honoured technique. For those who enjoy it and take to regular practice, it can reduce stress and increase well-being. It brings better focus, and helps people become more centred and balanced. Anyone can do it. Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Meditation is a world wide movement for peace and self awakening. All the meetings and classes are free of any charge.

Each week we go through simple meditation techniques, often with guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation.
