This group is for all who would love to have more nature in their lives.
So many people I meet have the desire to go outside: feel the wind in your hair, the sun on your skin. The singing of the birds....Yet most of them don't do it: no time, too far, not knowing where to go....
What if you can go nearby, even ìn Amsterdam? What if I take you with me on a Friday afternoon? Not far away, but surprisingly close....
I'll take you to birds, butterflies and maybe even foxes. To birds of prey that circle around, to trees, flowers, traces of animals and plants that you can eat. And into the moment.
I mix my experience with mindfulness with my knowledge and love of nature to walks that stimulate your senses, awaken your curiosity, and show you the world in and around Amsterdam in a different way.
Mindfulness meets Bushcrafting, Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) meets Wild Picking.... *
So go outside with me, allow yourself an afternoon of resetting. Mobiles switched off, all senses switched on...

*The experiences are build on the world-wide knowledge and practice of forest bathing, forest therapy, bushcraft and mindfulness. Science has proven: 2.5 hours outside, into nature, has a strong positive effect on you. Psychologically and physically, even days after you've been outside.
