What This Class Is A 60-minute small-group session that blends real boxing technique with a full-body workout. You'll learn how to stand, move, and punch with purpose β then put it to work on mitts and the heavy bag. It's a proper workout, but the vibe is relaxed and social. Most people stay after class to chat.
No experience needed. Just show up.Class Flow (60 min)
Welcome & Warm-Up β 5 min Quick intros, light mobility to prep the body.
Mobility & Prep β 10 min Foam rolling and dynamic stretches for shoulders, hips, and core. Prevents injury, sets up good movement.
Strength & Cardio β 10 min Bodyweight circuit, core work. Scales to your level.
Boxing Basics β 30 min Stance, footwork, punches. One-on-one mitt work with the coach. Heavy bag for rhythm and power. Ladder drills for agility.
