- Walks/hikes at leisure pace (weekly or fortnightly), suitable for seniors and everyone
- Karaoke, be happy (yes, we love to sing)
- Makan and drinks with great chit chat (keep engaged socially)
We keep our physical, mental, emotional wellbeing strong, when we stay active together.
