Who are we?
Located on the California Avenue retail corridor near Stanford University and in the heart of Silicon Valley, Gamelandia is an all inclusive tabletop game store and community hub for both new and experienced players of all ages. We offer a carefully curated inventory of board games, squishables, puzzles, and many more!

Open Play
Our specialty! Select from a wide library of demo board games to test out or enjoy with friends and family. $10 for two hours of play per person. Any games you group tries out in “Open Play” will be available for purchase at a discounted price for the rest of the day!

Game Rooms

Big Room: Brightly painted, windows, plenty of space
Space Room: Cozy, space themed
D&D Room: Library themed, great for D&D Groups (private events only)

Are you ready to take your first step in embarking on a thrilling adventure into a world of magic, monsters, and epic quests—old-school style? Whether you’re a TTRPG beginner curious about slightly retro Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) and/or Pathfinder or someone who's been playing 5E for the last five years, our Learn-to-Play D&D 3.5/Pathfinder 1E event is perfect for you!
For younger players, 12-18.
In this exciting hands-on experience, you will
- Learn the rules
- Play through a brief adventure to help you to cement your understanding
No prior experience needed (although knowledge of 5E does help); just bring your curiosity and sense of adventure! This event is designed exclusively for players new to D&D 3.5/Pathfinder 1E!
