    This class emphasizes our inner abdominal muscles related to supporting the flexibility and strength of our organs, hips, the breathing diaphragm, and back. In this class, we combine Belly Button Healing, Intestinal (Abdominal) Exercises with Meridian Stretches and Core Energy Breathing postures to increase circulation to help strengthen our core, our immune system and improve our gut health. This class includes deep stretching, core breathing, relaxation and meditation for chakra health and balance.

    Due to the current covid-19 condition, we practice CDC guidelines and social distancing. Please wear mask and bring a yoga mat for personal use.

    Chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. In this 45 minute online live class, you will bring your awareness and integrity into the body, activate the muscles that help you find length up through the spine for better posture, energy flow and deep relaxation.

    I was was an office worker and now a yoga taichi instructor. Having had experience sitting for long hours in front of computer, I am looking forward to sharing simple yoga and meditation exercises that can help you to reset and recharge your day.

    Join us on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 for the world premiere party of LOVE HEALS: Using the Ancient Wisdom of Energy to Journey Within.

    This is our first ever documentary premiere party on this YouTube channel, and we couldn't be more excited that it's with a movie made by our friends and fellow Brain Education practitioners, Krisanna and Dana.
    LOVE HEALS follows the story of Dana, a chronic pain sufferer in search of healing. The documentary is shot through the eyes of her partner and filmmaker, Krisanna, and together they travel the country to understand how this ancient principle has helped so many heal, and to see what's possible for those experiencing these practices for this first time. What does it mean to truly heal? And does this wisdom have the power to change our world?

    At the online Premiere Party, you'll be able to watch a 12-minute version of the LOVE HEALS documentary. You'll also hear from the founder of Body & Brain, Ilchi Lee, about Water Up Fire Down and energy healing. Dana and Krisanna (producer & director) will share about the filming experience as well as their healing journey through Water Up Fire Down. This is a great event to join with your friends and family who can learn more about our practice, founder, and community.
