Midlothian Youth Strength Academy
A place for young athletes to build confidence through movement.
Some kids work hard—but still look a step behind.
They hesitate.
They don’t feel comfortable in their own body.
That’s what we fix.
For athletes (primarily ages 8–14), we focus on movement, speed, and strength so they can play with confidence—no matter the sport.
Athletes develop:
• Speed & agility
• Strength (age-appropriate)
• Power (run, jump, react)
• Injury resilience
This is not skill training.
This is what makes skill show up in games.
We host a mix of free sessions, clinics, and paid camps/programs.
Free sessions are limited and intended for families serious about development—not just trying things out casually.
Parent waiver required before participation.
NOT for:
• Expecting playing time without earning it
• Looking for shortcuts
• Blaming coaches or teams
