Food Pantry and Delivery at The San Francisco Christopher Center

We are resuming our long standing partnership with the Christopher Center in San Francisco! Every Saturday people gather in front of the building and begin to organize a large food drop-off. We then sort, bag, and begin distributing the food around 11:00 in the morning. The event will end around noon. The distribution (and deliveries) will last an additional thirty minutes and end at approximately 12:30.

The entire event takes place outside. Masks are required and gloves will be provided.

In addition to needed people to help physically sort the food, we could also use volunteer food delivery people. If our volunteers could spare just 30 minutes of their time to drop off some of the bags we sort to less ambulatory people in our community it would make a world of difference.

The event is a 20 minute walk from Daly City Bart and has ample parking available.
