About us
We agreed to expand our horizons beyond dim sum to include exciting global food and culture events in the DMV. We will still have dim sum on a regular basis, but will include other events as well.

Lunch at Chef Tan

Since founder Kevin Tan opened the first location in Fords, New Jersey in 2007, their expert cooks — almost all of them from Hunan — have rotated among their houses, helping open new ones so the cooking stays true to Hunan and Szechuan roots in every kitchen.
