Jane again has kindly offered to help lead this walk with me (Sophie) are leading this walk (thanks!).
Bring a picnic as not many dog friendly pubs in the area
A bit undulating but no big hills, we cross a couple of roads but it's mostly offlead through the woods. A bit longer than normal at 6 miles. No stiles, possible cows, good (dog version of the shipping forecast).
Meet at the Shortwood car park for Haresfield Beacon, the postcode is GL6 6PP but I'd recommend using Google Maps to make sure you get to the right place. For some reason there are two map pins on Google/Meetup for the car park, they're pretty close but you want the eastern one - the location on this page is accurate.
It's a paid National Trust car park and can get quite busy so please allow time as you will probably have to park on the road and walk down.
Here's the route and more about the walk:

We ask for a donation of 50p per walk towards the Meetup subscription (unused money goes to a kitty for group activities, or to the Dogs Trust).
